Goods are non-refundable upon delivery. Once you have accepted and signed for your delivery, returns or refunds are not permitted except in cases of manufacturer damage as outlined in our refund and return policy.

We offer free delivery and installation for purchases within Dar es Salaam, Mbeya, and Mwanza.

For deliveries outside of Dar es Salaam, a delivery charge will be applicable. The delivery fee will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.
